Ne avevamo già parlato qui ecco le info del III stage federale di singolo 2010 a Roccaraso.
Dal 24 al 28 agosto 2010 , in località Roccaraso, presso il Palaghiaccio “G. Bolino”, avrà luogo il III°
Stage Internazionale di Pattinaggio Artistico Specialità Singolo organizzato dalla F.I.H.P. in
collaborazione con la F.I.R.S. rivolto ad allenatori italiani (I – II –III livello) e stranieri ed atleti (anno
2002 e precedenti) di qualsiasi livello tecnico.
Le sessioni didattiche verranno tenute dal Responsabile della S.I.P.A.R. Sig.ra Sara Locandro, dal C.T.
della Nazionale Italiana sig. Antonio Merlo,dai tecnici federali coadiuvati dagli allenatori degli stage
nazionali per la parte pratica in pista. La coreografia sarà curata dalla coreografa Carol Buelloni,
mentre la preparazione atletica da Andrea Bientinesi.
CORSO PER ALLENATORI
Dal 25 agosto tutte le mattine dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 12.00 si svolgerà un seminario pluritematico di
aggiornamento tecnico con un programma articolato che tratterà di biomemeccanica applicata al
pattinaggio, tecnica, obbligatori e libero, coreografia.
Il pomeriggio gli allenatori ACCREDITATI potranno assistere in pista alle lezioni pratiche tenute dai
tecnici della Nazionale Italiana e rivolte a tutti gli atleti iscritti allo stage.
Quota di partecipazione: 50,00 €uro da versarsi tramite c.c.postale nr. 29766003 intestato alla FIHP.
L’iscrizione dovrà avvenire ENTRO E NON OLTRE IL 30 GIUGNO 2010 inviando al Settore
Artistico della FIHP (artistico@fihp.org) il modulo allegato, compilato in ogni sua parte.
L’attestazione di pagamento dovrà essere consegnata all’atto dell’accreditamento.
CORSO PER ATLETI
Tutti gli atleti verranno suddivisi in gruppi in base alla categoria d’appartenenza ed al livello tecnico
scelto per il libero, e parteciperanno ogni giorno a vari turni di libero, obbligatori, preparazione atletica
e coreografia.
Per coloro che seguiranno solo una specialità sono previsti turni di recupero .
La mattina dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 12.00 gli atleti parteciperanno a lezioni di coreografia, durante le
quali verrà montata un’esibizione collettiva, che tutti gli atleti partecipanti allo stage presenteranno
durante il Gran Gala che avrà luogo il sabato 28 agosto sera.
Nel pomeriggio il tempo sarà interamente dedicato alla frequenza delle lezioni di tecnica di libero,
obbligatori e preparazione atletica in pista.

Successivamente verrà pubblicato sul sito l’elenco degli iscritti che provvederanno ad effettuare il

di esso dovrà essere presentato all’atto dell’accreditamento.
Saranno prese in esame le prime 100 domande.
VARIE
Lo stage avrà inizio martedì 24 agosto 2010 con ritrovo alle ore 15.00 presso il Palaghiaccio “G.
Bolino” via dello sport – Roccaraso. Le lezioni inizieranno alle ore 16.00 dello stesso giorno.
Il seminario allenatori inizierà il 25 agosto alle ore 9.00.
Lo stage terminerà sabato 28 agosto 2010 con il Gran Galà che si svolgerà alle ore 21.00.
Il sabato mattina 28 agosto, a tutti gli allenatori verranno consegnati l’attestato di partecipazione, il
materiale didattico (DVD, dispense ecc..) dispense del corso, agli atleti gli attestati di partecipazione.
A tutti verranno consegnati i gadget messi a disposizione dall’organizzazione.
Per allenatori e atleti stranieri sono previsti interpreti in pista, durante le lezioni teoriche ed al front
office.

We have already said here here is the info of the third stage of individual 2010 Federal Roccaraso.
From 24 to 28 August 2010, Roccaraso location at the Ice Stadium “G. Bolino, “takes place on III
Stage International Figure Skating Single Specialty organized by FIHP in
collaboration with the F.I.R.S. Italians turned to coaches (I – II-III level) and foreign and athletes (year

MISCELLANEOUS
The internship will begin Tuesday, August 24, 2010 meeting with 15.00 at the Ice Palace “G.
Bolino “way of sport – Roccaraso. Classes begin at 16:00 the same day.
The seminar trainers will begin August 25 at 9.00.
The internship will end Saturday, August 28, 2010 with the Gala to be held at 21.00.
On Saturday morning August 28, all coaches will be awarded a certificate of participation,
educational materials (DVDs, handouts, etc. ..) of course handouts, certificates of participation to athletes.
All will be handed the gadgets available to the organization.
For coaches and athletes are expected foreign performers on the track during the lectures and the front
office.
