Please note that the date of the World Artistic Championships has changed by one day, as the Stadium is not available on the 16 November, and l have only just received some details concerning these Chamionships, and apologise for not being able to give you any details before today.
Por favor note que la fecha para el Campeonato Mundial de Patinaje Artístico ha cambiado de un día, ya que el Estadio no está disponible el 16 de noviembre, y he recibido solo unos detalles sobre este campeonato, me disculpo por no poder darles más detalles antes de hoy.
The Stadium holds between 1500-2000 spectators
The size of the floor is 43.7 m x 25 m and is a Maple Wooden floor which has been tested over the past days in the presence of CIPA Member, Norio Iwakata
and is confirmed as good for our event. This floor will be checked several times before the Championships .
El Estadio tiene un aforo entre 1.500 y 2.000 espectadores.
El tamaño de la pista es de 43,7m por 25m y es en Madera Maple que ha sido testeado por el miembro CIPA, Norio Iwakata y fue confirmado como bueno para nuestro evento. Este piso se revisará varias veces antes del Campeonato.
There is another floor on the 4th floor of the building, slightly smaller and slower, but can be used as a practice rink for the skaters (nearer the time more information on this will be given). This will also be used as dressing rooms for the Show and Precision Groups, and it is connected by 4 elevators from 1st to 4th floor, with no stops on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Obviously skates will not be allowed in the elevators, but this means there is ample room for changing for the teams.
Hay otra pista en el 4to piso del edificio, un poco más pequeña y lenta, pero puede ser usada para entrenamientos de los patinadores (dentro de poco les daremos más información sobre esto). También se usará como vestier para los grupo de Show y Precisión y está conectado por 4 ascensores del 1ro al 4to piso sin paradas en el 2do y 3ro. Obviamente los patines no son permitidos en los ascensores, pero esto significa que hay un espacio amplio para el cambio de ropa de los equipos.
For all our other World events, the dressing rooms will be on the lst floor where the Championship rink is. I have been assured there is no problem with going from 1st to 4th floor as the elevators are for our use and are direct between one floor and the other.
Para todos los eventos del Mundial, los vestier serán en el 1er piso donde la pista del campeonato está ubicada. Me han asegurado que no hay problema para movilizarse entre el 1er y 4to piso ya que los ascensores estarán para nuestro uso y son directos entre piso y piso.
The website of the Championship is under construction and as soon as possible l will send details of where to find this.

Distance from the airport to hotels is between 50 minutes to l hour.
It will not be necessary for transport between hotels/venue as they are approximately 5 minutes walk away. There is one very large hotel nearly opposite the venue and two other large hotels, but more information will be given by the Chinese Taipei RSF when the Agency is set up.
Distancia del aeropuerto a los hoteles es entre 50 minutos y 1 hora.
No será necesario transporte entre hoteles y el escenario ya que están a 5 minutos aproximadamente caminando.
The cost of a one-day ticket, or Season ticket is Free
El costo de los tiquetes de un día o de cada sesión es gratis.
All official people, skaters, judges, calculators, trainers, will require to have their ID cards which will be obtained from the main Hotel near the stadium.
Todos los oficiales: patinadores, jueces, calculadores, entrenadores, requieren tener sus tarjeta de identificación que serán otorgadas en el hotel principal cerca al Estadio.
Booths will be provided for anyone interested in hiring these during the World Championships – more information will be available directly from the Organisers.
Se proporcionarán cabinas para cualquier persona interesada en la contratación de las mismas durante los Campeonatos del Mundo – más información está disponible directamente con los organizadores.

All entries must be sent to the Organisers and to CIPA by July 2013, and CIPA and the Organising Federation must inform all participating National Federations of the schedule of events and competition details by August 2013.
Todas las inscripciones deben ser enviadas a los Organizadores y a CIPA en julio 2013 y CIPA y la Federación organizadora debe informar a todas las federaciones nacionales participantes el programa de eventos y los detalles de competencia en agosto 2013.
